Four-Stage Quality Control (QC)

02. IPQC
In-Process Quality Control
Patrol inspection during production. Monitor key process parameters, identify and correct process deviations in time to prevent batch defects.
03. FQC
Final Quality Control
Full or sampling inspection before packaging. Verify function, appearance, and assembly quality to ensure every product is qualified.
04. PSI
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final random inspection based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, issuing a formal inspection report.
