What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Usually depends on product type and process complexity. For off-the-shelf products, MOQ can be as low as 500 pieces; for custom products, typically 1000-3000 pieces. We always try to negotiate the lowest starting threshold for you.

How do you protect my intellectual property (IP)?

We sign an NDA with you before cooperation begins and require all involved factories to sign an NNN agreement (Non-use, Non-disclosure, Non-circumvention). We split sensitive drawings among different suppliers to avoid any single factory mastering all core secrets.

What is your pricing model?

We offer flexible pricing models: either a percentage service fee based on project amount or a flat rate. For long-term clients, we offer more favorable annual service packages. All costs in our quotes are transparent.

What if I receive goods with quality issues?

Thanks to strict pre-shipment inspection, this rarely happens. If it does, Commova Global takes full responsibility for negotiating with the factory for refunds, replacements, or repairs according to contract terms, ensuring your loss is minimized.

Can you handle customs clearance and logistics?

Yes, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means we handle export customs declaration, international sea/air freight, destination customs clearance, and duty payment, delivering directly to your designated warehouse address.

How long does it typically take from order to delivery?

It depends on the product. Typically, sampling takes 2-4 weeks, mass production takes 30-45 days, and sea freight takes 25-40 days. We will develop a detailed schedule for you at the start of the project.
